「酒店周圍環境很美很寧靜,房間整潔, 需要的物品都齊全,服務員態度熱誠,自助早餐很多選擇,非常好整體來說這個價錢的酒店非常出色」

「I left a belonging and I emailed to get it returned and I received no reply.」

「Breakfast 👍👍👍」

「Overall very good, also not far from Train station」

「The hotel and staff were great. Our only issue really was that although you get early entry into the park, alot of the rides don't open until later in the day which means there's not a lot to do with smaller kids who aren't going on the skylion. The evening buffet is nice but also expensive and not really worth it for families with picky eater kids」

「房間寬敞, 早餐豐富美味! 旁邊有付費停車場也很方便~」

「The environment was good, everything was nice except that they close the aircon at mignight.」

「Be aware, this is not a hotel, but rather a house located in a residential area with only three rooms. There is no breakfast, no swimming pool, and it is definitely not the so-called four-star hotel they claimed it to be. The three rooms share a single bathroom, and there are rules against showering and blow-drying your hair past 11 PM and before 7 AM. The rooms are small and dimly lit. Once you fall for their trap, there's no recourse, and the price is very high. I will never return.」

「Clean, staff great, breakfasts a great choice」

「囡囡十分喜歡, 非常好的體驗, 主人十分nice」

「Handy for town centre and offers parking which is a must in Windsor .as a big tourist attraction parking is quickly taken up and expensive .apartment has all amenities and spotlessly clean」

「Fantastic accommodation, comfy, cozy, everything in there you’d need. Excellent breakfast! Super friendly and helpful staff. Couldn’t ask for more 😊」

「Fantastic accommodation and setting. We loved our stay in the copper castle. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and the goats outside the accommodation are very friendly!」

「Admittedly we messed up on the process for self checking as we were confused by Hotels confirmation of our booking, However, we had no communication with the property owner between February when we made the booking and paid in full to the 72hrs before we were arriving. We notified the owner that we were travelling from Australia, provided flight details and an ETA for checking to the apartments. This was not acknowledged and we had no communication at all with the property. Even when we realised...

「A very well positioned, bright apartment with plenty of space and amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend 」
