“The hotel's concierge and B2 catering waiters are nice and enthusiastic. But there are some strange situations: 1. For example, when you check in, they will explain in detail the situation of the mini bar, and you will be charged for it. But when I entered the room, I checked the mini bar first and found it was empty? Then I raised this issue with the front desk, and the front desk also expressed doubts as to why it was empty. “This hotel is worth every penny - the spa, tennis courts, the gym, the pools, the private beach, the breakfast, the restaurants. The staff were all so lovely, attentive and hospitable. We were upgraded to a pool terrace room which was enormous, with high and Roman style bathrooms. Would stay here again! ”

“Our experience at this hotel was perfect. This hotel is located in Alex west which is just the perfect distance away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was great too and had all the amenities that we needed. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Alexandria. ”

“Absolutely amazing hotel with a stunning, spacious, and stylish facility. The rooms were so spacious. We stayed at a Suite overlooking the pool. It was so nice. The décor is elegant and impeccably maintained, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, style, and excellent hospitality. Note: It’s so close if you are flying from Borg el Arab ”
