"Absolutely wonderful. All staff were outstanding - the reception people, the consierge, the breakfast staff who remembered our coffee order from day to day. Outstanding dinner at the restaurant. Just 5 star all around "

"This is a grand lady of a hotel. A little bit tired in places but it has a good feeling to it. It reminds me of a cruise liner. The Reception staff are efficient but lack warmth, and the food and beverage staff are mostly chaotic, but if you brace yourself for it and allow for extra time and mistakes, you get there in the end - some more experienced staff at breakfast save the day. The whole food offering could do with an overhaul - it’s neither exciting nor extensive. However, for all that, the hotel has a charm about it, a location, a setting and poolside that is fabulous, so it makes it my hotel of choice in Valletta."

While there was water failure which was no fault of the establishment and rain on that specific day, I still look beyond that and is objective with the overall service which we rate as excellent "
