“The hotel is marvelous. As soon as you arrive, you’re greeted with warmth and kindness from the front desk people, and throughout the whole hotel, you’re equally treated kindly and feel like you’re part of the Falkensteiner Family. The location is pretty convenient, only a few steps from the slopes, and they even offer a daily car service there - special compliments to Armando, who was my driver most days and always greeted me with a warm smile. “The resort is located just outside of the town Cortina, but still very close to all the ski tracks and cable cars, so location wise, for the skiers are very convenient. Unfortunately my wife and I can’t ski at all so we stay there for the view, which is breathtakingly beautiful, the resort is surrounded by mountains and during winter it is like a now castle. The room is spacious and clean, we love the idea that the room looks like a little wooden cabin, feels warm and comfy. The resort is well……

“Un “pequeño” gran hotel . El mejor staff que he conocido, desde Danielle el gerente que hizo mucho más que cualquier otro gerente de hotel por ayudarnos … hasta la gente de bar y restoranes. El SPA es excelente, la comida del restaurante excelente también . Máximo nos atendió como reyes en el desayuno y en la cena Irene hizo que su profesionalismo y amabilidad mejoraran aún más la calidad de la comida. Sin duda nuestra casa en cortina en adelante .”
