"We enjoyed our time in SLS hotel. We stayed in 5 nights, they upgraded our room upon arrival which was great. Room was clean and quiet. Parking is only Valet and was 70$ per night which was expensive also WiFi is surcharge"

"Beautiful hotel - but the food service to the room was really really slow and the dining in general was a disappointment. Great service people but the menu is undesirable and the food not well cooked. The restaurant never appeared to have enough guests and it's for good reason. We prefer buffet breakfast and they did not have that and the menu options weren't great. I think for the number of stars and price - they should really improve their food."

The woman who helped us after finishing with the customer ahead of us wasn’t welcoming until she realized the type of room we booked. She was very accommodating after that.
