「The space of room and restroom are big and comfortable, but we are not satisfied with the hot water during shower, acceptable but could be better.」

「Room was super , toiletries were good , bath towels ample , TV was great , overall good . i have room next to parking lot , so little noisy in area when parking of car , close door neighbour can hear , walls are not thick enough to control noise , close to walking area Aqarium , breakfast spread ok .Seating area were less. Breakfast 1 to 10 - 6 , Room -8, Noise - 5 , overall 1 to 10 - 7」

「Beware hidden costs. Hotel is nice, they oversold and we had to be put in a room on a separate floor to our children in the first night. The staff were friendly and apologetic but it still took them until 5pm the next day to spurt out the room we had paid for. But that wasn’t the really annoying bit. Could’ve lived with that as overall it’s a lovely hotel, with a nice nostalgic vibe. However between a daily $50 Urban Experience Fee (which is mandatory and little more than a hidden tax) and...
