“This booking was from Tuesday to Saturday everything that happened was on the first day the area was not busy at all and this whole situation could have been easily resolved by Expedia and the hotel. The air conditioning does not go below 66 and stays on for exactly 3 minutes so the room becomes humid and unbearable this is unnecessary to control the temperature this strictly because the temperature is inconsistent and uncomfortable. The area around the hotel has people walking around with ski……

“The staff was very courteous & the room was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was more like a quick grab snack such as fruit, energy bars, granola bar, mini cookies, sunny d, etc... other than that it was a peaceful & quiet stay”

“Not saying I wouldn’t stay there again but there’s a few things you should know if your planning on staying here, the air conditioning didn’t work, there was dried liquids on the floor that never got cleaned, along with dirty hand towels, but I’ve stayed in much worse, the parking was great! They had a nice elevator witch made carrying our luggage to the room easy, all in all keep your windows open if you plan on staying here because the room gets extremely hot.”
