“The location is perfect, walking distance from several stations and the airport Roissy Bus stop. The room is modern and clean and tidy. The amenities are of high quality. The staff are genuinely helpful and friendly. The only downside is that there were some construction work going on at the hotel and totally blocking all the view of the room and occasionally there were workers right outside our windows. We basically kept our curtains closed during our entire stay.”

“The front desk service was mostly good, and the restaurant staff were also nice. However, the housekeeping staff were very lazy. During my 10+ day stay, they consistently failed to replenish essential items (cotton pads, shower caps, etc.) and didn't always fully replenish the water supply. No wonder some people commented that it wasn't clean; the housekeeping staff's professionalism was indeed lacking.”
