“Nice room. Had a problem with a strange smell when using the shower. Resolved with a room transfer. Very polite friendly staff. Note the hotel is dog friendly which applies to most of the guest rooms as well as the public spaces. Quality hotel with good facilities and easy access to the Common and Newbury street with all the shops. ”

“The location of the hotel is very good. There are all kinds of supporting facilities around. I especially like the park opposite. It has a beautiful environment and is very suitable for walking in the morning and evening. room service is also very good and the daily housekeeping service is very timely. Although there is no coffee machine in the room, the coffee service provided by the professional coffee shop from 6:30 in the morning allows us to taste higher quality coffee, which is great !”

“大廳正在整修但訂房前未告知，房間裡的冰箱整個都冰滿洲際酒店要賣顧客的飲料，只留一瓶易開罐飲料的空間讓顧客使用，沒有提供網路，連最基本的慢速網路都沒有。”
