"Poor management. Not what you would expect from a top tier international hotel with a good reputation. If you were American or have American expectations, stay away. There are a gym and a good sized swimming pool with no charge for guests. Room is spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the lake. Staff are friendly and helpful but only communicate in Chinese. There is no restaurant nearby. "
