"Parents beware - Don’t rely on being able to use the pool. It was 104 degrees the first day we were there. Pros: The view in the one bedroom Hudson suite was spectacular. The room was decently clean but tired. Good location. Cons: The pool temperature fluctuated between 71-104. We couldn’t count on using it. We were told we had an Amazon package delivered when we checked in. It took 3 phone calls and 24 hours to actually get it. As other reviews mention, the elevators are really an issue. Expect to wait at least 10 minutes every time. Large stains on the carpet. We were charged for something from the minibar when we checked out even though we didn’t take anything. I asked for the overall total when checking out, the person at the front desk couldn’t explain the receipt. They also never asked how the stay was. 2-3 star experience."
