"Breakfast was excellent, room was clean and nice, service was excellent, just one thing is that the parking lot is not part on the Hotel, I had to pay for the parking spot but other than that it was excellent."

"Room was ready super early, staff was nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean, wasnt noisy like some nyc hotels. Room was spacious. Out of 4 hotel room stays in nyc, this was the best. Would stay here again! "

"The room was very comfortable and the view was incredible. Quiet area, staff was very nice. My only reason for rating this hotel 4 stars is the deli. The cafe/deli was not good. Everything took very long to come to the table, and the breakfast wasn’t good. The staff there were kind but the service was extremely slow. Next time I would take the walk to a local spot. "

"The hotel's location is great! Situated la block from One World Trade, with many rooms overlooking the 911 memorial. The Oculus is right there, providing quick access to most subway lines and destinations. There also were multiple shopping and restaurant options close by."
