“Clean room but my room had a Big opening at the bottom of the door no Hot water room got hot in the middle of the night ”

“Breakfast 10 rooms where beautiful 😍 the Airports is 6 minutes walking and 3 min driving everything is close in walking distance ”

“Was a little disappointed by the all inclusive alcohol selection available but was ok. I would not select the all inclusive package and stick with breakfast only. There are alot of dining options within walking distance of the resort including Store Bay.”

“From the time we got there we was having probleming flashing the toilet and it got worst as the time when by . We went out for the day and came back to light flckering ,gate not opening ,and the other gate was locked and we had no keys to open the gate . The bedroom door got lock no keys to open the door. We were expecting to call every time something went wrong. They have to do better when ppl are paying their money for a place to stay. ”

“The beach, breakfast and the location”

“The staff was great. The premises needs a severe renovation. Mold in the bathroom, hard to get ice if the kitchen isn't open (even when it is), I could see the mattress through the very thin bed sheets, lots of rust everywhere, difficult to get the TV to work, phone cord was broken (when was the last tome someone was in that room). I felt mislead based on the pictures on Expedia. ”

“I had a great stay. The room was nice, the ceiling fan was much appreciated. With the sliding door open ac was not needed. The staff was very pleasant. Parking was no problem at all. Access to the beach was very easy and help ed to make the overall stay most enjoyable.”

“My husband and I stayed for 10 nights. Absolutely enjoyed! Met a lot of nice people, from Trinidad and Tobago. We were there over Easter weekend, and school holidays. Oceanfront, all rooms! Location is the best, turtle beach. Saw a turtle dropping her eggs on the beach ! This is a 3*, but the staff definitely add a star. Shout out to Asst manager Jerome ( great guy), bar service Raul , Gabriel, Tennille! The gals at the grill, Nicole, Lakiesa, and Michem. Frederica’s cooking our eggs every……

“My room was clean and tidy, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Love the options at the the breakfast buffet but the hotels infrastructure needs cleaning and upgrading. Terrible smell of the seaweed on the coastal shore was unbearable but overall I had a good experience though.”
