“This hotel was set in a stunning area, the apartment was very comfortable and in excellent condition. Staff were on the most part very friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful and very quiet. The only downside was lack of children’s playground and it wasn’t great for running. ”

We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“Beautiful aparthotel. Very quiet, excellent service with Cathy. Room cleaned and fresh towels almost daily. Cathy was very helpful in advising us where to go, about the area etc. No pool at the property. But sea and natural pools on the doorstep ”

“For a 1* pension hotel the room I had as a solo traveller was superb ! Good sized room, sink, fridge, and balcony was just perfect. Also the property has clearly been renovated as everything appeared new and the common WC/ shower rooms are very modern with a very hot power shower. Raphael and Carlos keep the property spotlessly clean and do a great job. I highly recommend Pension Alcala, but its best to try and book a room with a balcony ”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were truly amazing—friendly, helpful, and always attentive. The food was very good, with plenty of variety to enjoy. Another big plus is the convenient location; there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to travel anywhere you need. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel!”
