Staff could not have been more welcoming even though they might well have preferred to be somewhere else over Christmas. Dinner on Christmas Eve and breakfast on Christmas morning were first rate」

「Very clean and tidy room. Bed for me was ideal, medium/firm and very comfortable with nice pillows. Friendly reception staff, cleaners said hello when passing. Breakfast was lovely but it wasn't hot, barely like warm which was the only negative thing during our stay. 」

「预定的是三人间，打印订单上显示也是三人间，结果入住的时候还要收取人头费15磅，垃圾的很。找HOTEL.COM沟通也没有结果。而一张床加一战沙发床，自己铺的，还要收人头费，第一次遇到这样的。酒店开在服务区里面的，地段就别提了。」
