This was a nightmare stay. The room was incredibly dirty, the mattress offered zero comfort, and the pillow was completely flat. Easily my worst hotel experience ever.

Avoid this hotel. The beds are rock hard with broken springs, the pillows are completely flat, and the room was visibly damaged. Add a weak shower and a foul odor lingering throughout the hallways, and it was a thoroughly unpleasant experience.

The property is very easy to find and situated near the park. The staff are very polite and lovely. The hotel itself is very nice but needs a little work. The room I adored and felt like a home I did not want to leave. I appreciate the luggage storage and the breakfast but I did not eat much! I would recommend another stay and book again!

Appena arrivati il personale non sapeva del nostro arrivo per una mancata comunicazione tra Expedia e la struttura, ma i ragazzi della reception sono stati molto bravi a sistemarci subito in una camera provvisoria, il giorno dopo la camera che ci hanno assegnato era molto calda, non c'era un climatizzatore e non c'era un frigo. Non abbiamo chiesto nulla considerando che il prezzo era molto conveniente. Tutto sommato accettabile.

First impressions not good , hence did not stay and booked another hotel , this was at 10pm, the hotel was booked via Expedia and as of yet the hotel has not responded to either Expedia or myself regarding this and the hotel has had 100% payment for 2 x rooms not stayed in , disappointing

I did not expect a lot for the price, however this was the worst hotel stay ever! When we arrived, it took almost an hour to check in, staff was very unhelpful and ciykd barely speak English. Even though the check out stated 2pm, the room was still not ready when we tried to check in after 3pm. We were told that someone went to clean the room. The hallway stunk if cigarettes and when we got to our room, it was stifflung hot, no fans or anything during the biggest heatwave inn the UK. We got back to our room after the concert,wantungto go to sleep, but it turned out that there were bugs crawling around the bed. The bathroom was very unclean that we did not want to shower. We did it end up going to the reception to compliant after hearing another guest trying to do so when we arrived and hotel staff was unhelpful. We tried to nap a couple of hours and left before 6/7am.

Hi No facility in the hotel. It was hot day. Room was baking. Request the staff for a fan at least. Finally decided to leave the hotel as wife skin condition was getting worse. Did not stay the night and no refund was requested as it was a place of blaming someone else culture. I hated the experience and would not go back ever again

I was expecting to share a bathroom, according to the description of my single room. Instead, my room was en suite, with a kettle and a fridge too. I was very comfortable and consequently rebooked for the following week. There is plenty of free parking, a bus stop is directly outside and the nearest tube stations are a short walk away, as are plenty of shops and restaurants. It's perfect for travelling to my job in central London and the price is very reasonsble. I felt safe and respected at Park Hotel, which is incidentally, opposite the very lovely Valentine Park

I have stayed at the Park Hotel for 6 weeks now and the last room they offered me was not up to standard. The mattress was practically on the floor and despite being told all rooms had fridges, this one didn't. The room they moved me to had a fridge, but no chair, no kettle, no bin and the private bathroom was out in the corridor, down some steps. Not ideal, but better than the first room. I was going to re-book for the next 4 weeks, but I'm not sure I can cope with arriving at 11pm and running all over this sprawling property, trying to find a usable room.
