“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

“A parte un piccolo disguido iniziale sulla camera (che, oggettivamente, non ci sarebbe dovuto essere ma che comunque è stato gestito in modo eccellente dai ragazzi della reception), il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. CONTRO: - insonorizzazione delle camere INESISTENTE (già segnalato due anni fa ma non è cambiato nulla - qualsiasi persona che cammina nel corridoio o scende/sale le scale si sente come se la porta della canera fosse aperta, le persone delle camere a fianco si sentono come se……

“We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of great restaurants and the marina. It is well maintained, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downsides were that the spa was not available during our visit, and both check-in and check-out were slower than expected. Overall, a very good experience.”

“Our experience at the CPH Pevero was fantastic. It's a beautiful facility in the lovely Sardinian style, and in a fantastic location. Extremely clean in both the common areas and the room. The room was great, the breakfast was excellent and the staff could not have been nicer. The beach is easily accessible and the nice lifeguards are always happy to give you a ride in the golf cart. I have only good things to say about this place.”

However, when we returned in the evening, all the dirty towels had been hung back up on the racks as if they were clean. “We had a lovely time! Got in late and checked in the room before our reservation at the restaurant that the concierge made for us. Pool was clean and comfortable, and the balcony was beautiful with a bay view. The area was fantastic, and the front desk had towels for us and we had great dinners from their recommendations. Room was quaint but the AC blew hard and was comfortable enough. Breakfasts were good, and the staff was very attentive. The bar makes a great aperitivo.”
