It was our second time in this great house. It is perfectly situated in a small cul-de-sac and offers unrivalled views of the sea. It is lovingly furnished and nothing is missing. We would love to come back.

The views were great. The cottage was clean and set-up well. Intro booklet received in advance was very helpful. Lots of good walks in the area. Lisa and David were quick to respond when we had a question. Really enjoyed the cottage, sitting in the sun room reading a book was special.

Beautiful cottage as described- in fabulous location! Seals and dolphins spotted as well as friendly neighbourhood cats, dog and chickens. Everyone loved it and want to come back!

It is a lovely cottage with a realy nice winter garden. Many good books on the bookshelf and a lot of information about the surroundings. Very comfortable beds. And last, important for the kids, a good wifi. The view of the North Sea was amazing. We saw seals and dolphins.

The cottage was warm and comfortable and well equipped. The log burner was extra cosy in the evening in January. Our visit was to see grandchildren in Aberdeen and staying at the cottage made it a seaside holiday as well as a family get together. It has a quiet and remote feeling with all the conveniences close by.

It was the first time we had been to Scotland and we were very impressed,the cottage was excellent. very clean all you would ask for it’s just like home from home.the views are fantastic up and down the coast..easy reach to lots of places our favourite was Stonehaven..shops are near by for groceries and petrol etc..will definitely return

The photos in the listing do not do this house justice. The views from the garden are spectacular. It doesn’t even seem real! There is everything you could possibly need in the house. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, floor to ceiling books and a big shower with hot water. We wish that we could move there and stay forever.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The cottage was just as described and even better in person. So incredibly peaceful there and the views are indescribable! Loved sitting on the bench and taking it all in. We even saw a double rainbow, end to end! Lisa and David are phenomenal hosts. There was an item that needed tended to and they took care of it asap. They went above and beyond! Location is great as well. Plenty to do in the area; castles, distilleries, museums, hiking etc! The people are friendly and really made you feel at home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very stylishly and also practically furnished cottage at the end of a small road. Wonderful location with lake view and direct access to the sea via a path into the Cliffs. Seal watching possible from the garden. Quiet nice neighbourhood. Great sitting area in the conservatory - very nicely furnished living room with library - couldn't be better.

A perfect holiday. A beautiful house with lots of space and a breathtaking view of the sea. The children can play, the parents can relax. Books, DVDs, telescope, there was no lack. The seals were the highlight and the location ideal for excursions. Thank you Lisa and David for a wonderful holiday. We would love to come back again soon!
