From the living room, enjoy spectacular views up to the majestic Ben Lawers mountain, adding to the sense of serenity and awe. Whether you're seeking peace, outdoor adventures, or simply a place to unwind in breathtaking scenery, this exquisite lodge provides comfort, privacy, and easy access to Scotland’s most beautiful landscapes. Interior & Comfort: The Barn Lodge is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and space, with three inviting bedrooms located upstairs under its charming eaves on the 1st floor—one king, one double, and one twin. Each bed is prepared with crisp white cotton linens for a touch of luxury upon arrival. The master bedroom boasts spectacular views over Craggantoul, perfect for enjoying the serene landscape and its diverse wildlife. Living & Dining Areas: Downstairs, the living room is a cosy haven with comfortable sofas positioned near our warm log-burning stove, fueled by a full basket of freshly cut logs from the estate grounds. Enjoy beautiful views of Ben Lawers mountain as you unwind with the selection of DVDs, books, complemented by Wi-Fi for modern convenience. The dining area and modern kitchen offer stunning views over the patio and hot tub, making every meal a scenic experience. Bathrooms & Amenities: Two well-appointed bathrooms serve the property—one en-suite upstairs on the 1st floor with a walk-in shower and another conveniently located downstairs with both a bath and a shower. Guests can indulge in large white bath sheets, sumptuous gowns, and luxury hand soap. Essential amenities such as tea, coffee, cleaning products, and initial stocks of firewood are provided for your ease. Outdoor Space & Features: Step outside to the patio area where a private hot tub awaits, offering a luxurious spot to relax while taking in views of Loch Tay and the surrounding meadows. Garden furniture provides additional comfort for al fresco dining or leisurely lounging. Explore the estate’s 40 acres of scenic beauty, from ancient woodland and orchards to loch frontage, where we have rights for trout fishing. Additional Features: The Barn Lodge is equipped with modern conveniences, including a fully stocked kitchen, a flat-screen TV in both the living room and master bedroom, a Hi-Fi system, and a gas-fired central heating system. High chairs, travel cots are available upon request, catering to families. Private parking is included for your convenience. Located just 7 miles from the village of Killin and a mile from a local pub, The Barn Lodge is perfectly situated for exploring the local area while enjoying a peaceful retreat. Please note, pets and raucous parties are not permitted, ensuring a serene environment for all guests.
