Off-grid, simple, beautiful, and intentional—this is a place where comforts feel generous, and the land leads the experience. Newly built and thoughtfully designed, the home features a light-filled great room with floor-to-ceiling windows framing wide desert skies, plus one inviting bedroom designed for true rest and seclusion. Central heating and air conditioning keep the space comfortable year-round.
The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, perfect after exploring the surrounding landscape or settling in for a quiet day at home. A well-appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, and modern amenities make longer stays easy and effortless.

I don’t even know where to start praising this rental! The house was exceptional, the views were exceptional, the owner communication was a near immediate response time. This house may be off grid but you’d be hard pressed to realize it as it has all the amenities a typical house has. For people not familiar with the Northern New Mexico roads, you WILL encounter dirt roads at some point so low profile/sporty cars wouldn’t be recommended but our VW Atlas had no issues. I would eagerly stay here again if the opportunity arises.
