“Spotless, lovely communal area, easy transport, lovely restaurants all nearby”

“Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne, ruhige und grüne Anlage. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und das Personal war stets höflich und freundlich. Auch das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend vielfältig. Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Es gab jedoch einige Probleme. Die Schalldämmung der Fenster und der Zimmertür ist sehr schwach, und ab 8 Uhr morgens war es wegen des lauten Reinigungspersonals kaum möglich weiterzuschlafen. Außerdem wirken einige Einrichtungen im Zimmer eher für ältere……

“My husband and I had a wonderful stay. When we arrived, we were offered a drink while we waited for our room to be ready. No issues with the AC in the room. The pool was open and refreshing during the hot days. The hotel has a more boutique and intimate feel to it. It's on a very quiet street and was a perfect getaway from the long days walking around the city. There's also many wonderful restaurants, parks, and train/bus stops around that are walking distance and we felt very safe walking to.……

“Loved our stay. Everything we needed and was very spacious and loved the modern / industrial bathroom. The bed was firm but comfy and very close to Subway. Took to Coliseum and Spanish steps with ease. Thank you!”

“住的庭院双人房四晚，装修卫生环境都是一流的，早餐一般，热饮不热，房间内保险箱坏的，洗澡下水慢。周边环境很安静，离市中心及景点有点距离，公共交通不是便捷。去旅游的慎选。前台英文不错，服务态度很棒。”

“交通方便，近Bologna metro，附近有好多好吃的餐廳及面包店，早餐可以去喝咖啡及面包，不用在酒店吃，費用貴之餘€13, 冇什麼好吃。Internet 也可以。睡房比較細，未能放下大行李。不會員工服務非常好。”

“The staff were very helpful and offered kind assistance to our requests. However, we found the light of the hotel room was a bit too dark and not enough charging sockets near the bedside. ”

“GOOD - Hotel was very clean and the staff very accommodating. Roberto the bartender was the best. Very friendly and made me feel right at home. Not to mention he makes the best drinks! But the mixed alcohol drinks were $20 euros each?!?! BAD - The hotel is 2-3 miles from all of the major sites. The air-conditioning was non existent, never got below 20C in our room. The buffet is limited, scrambled eggs were wet soggy, what they call bacon was raw, and the coffee was gross. Capaccino and……

“Clean, good location, nice amenities. Not a staffed hotel though, so read your email to be prepared for the remote check in proccess. Their customer service was good though, I neglected to read the details and came in late. The customer service line was helpful and got me checked in remotely, it would have been better if I would have read the fine print and completed the steps before my arrival.”
