Ok for a short stay

Well you have to consider that they just got through to hurricanes two years ago, one of the major problems is the elevators they have four elevators but only two work half of the time and they're not fast elevators very slow, the rooms are in good condition except the air conditioners cool the room at night comfortably but in during the day no you needed a fan, the beach access was good and the pools are good and the waiter and waitress staff was excellent.

The hotel is just between 2 sewage dumps, the elevators didn't work most of the time, parking was a nightmare, waiting lines of more than 1 hour to get the car,the bathrooms smell like sewage, the food is cheap and the restaurant crowded, the swimming pools under the diet sunlight and small, full of people resembling dumplings in a pot. Worst experience in Acapulco so far

Nos cobraron un extra por el estacionamiento, algo que no venía especificado, fueron 220 pesos por noche. La habitación olía a humedad y cigarrillo un poco. Al llegar a recepción como 3:17pm nos hicieron esperar por unos 20 min porque decían que no tenían ninguna reservación a mi nombre. Que tenían que checar lo. El tiempo para traer el auto era de 40 min estándo enfrente el estacionamiento

El personal en general muy amable. Pero desafortunadamente la comida nada rica. Había un grupo muy escandaloso, tomando todo el día. Hasta el elevador apestaba a alcohol y no había un sólo lugar donde ponerse tanto en la playa como en la alberca. Tuve un estorón de ligamento y nadie del hotel me dijo que había médico. A mi amiga se le ocurrió preguntarle a un guardia y así fue como supimos del médico.Fuimos a verlo y resulta
