“This property has a lot to enjoy. We liked the game room, dock for fishing and the kayaks. We played a lot of cornhole. We also liked the many outdoor seating areas--there was always somewhere comfortable to sit at any time of day. The site is very private and is somewhat remote from amenties. So it made for a more intimate family reunion without a lot of offsite trips. The site manager was extremely helpful and attentive and the checkin-checkout processes were super smooth.”

We had a hard time finding the place because the address numbers were painted the same color as the rail they were attached to. The house looked a little run-down from the outside, but the inside was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The boys loved the backyard and the waterfront. “The location is great. The space was comfortable and had everything we needed, plus extras. The rear porch was heavily utilized for morning coffee watching wildlife over the water (lots of birds, deer, and a visit from a muskrat) and evening relaxing. “This place was everything that they say about it and some additional things as well. Very well equipped with beachwear and kitchen amenities. Well, shaded by the trees so that we ate most of our meals outside. And the outdoor shower is fantastic after the beach. I highly recommend this place. It was wonderful!”

“We had a really lovely stay at Pony Paradise. Clean, comfortable, cozy. House comes with a linen package and I’m always weary of the sheets/towels a place offers but theirs were really nice! I will say that the beds are quite small but we made do for our short stay. Check in time at 4pm is rough- even a 3pm would be helpful but again, you make it work. Overall, the place itself was great and I would definitely rebook! The property management was easy to get in touch with and……

“I suspect the owner is paying someone to clean the property between visits. The owner is getting ripped off. There were huge dust bunnies in every corner and the front porch is where spiders come for their annual convention. The house itself could be cute and cozy if it were cared for. Location is good. Close to town, easy bike ride to beach.”
