“We had a wonderful stay at the Old Lantern Inn in Charlotte VT. Our room was large with a king and a twin bed and views of Lake Champlain. The inn was very quiet and clean. We can’t say enough about the innkeeper Lisa; she went above and beyond to ensure that not only were our needs met, but our expectations exceeded. Continental breakfast is modest but tasty. There are only 8 rooms in the inn and it has a family feel. Guests seem to really enjoy talking to other guests & sharing local……

“Our room met our needs. It was clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. This is a solid property but it’s not “luxury”, and that’s meant as a compliment! It meets the needs of recreational travelers who need a good place to rest without breaking the bank.”

“What a wonderful stay. From the abdolutely nice place , beautifuly mentained, to a absolute clean room ,to a very nice loby room with all the amenities needed. The baggels and especialy the raspberry spread that was delicious, not to mention the hospitality the owners oferred was bar none. Mike made sure everybody and everything was great for a nice quiet stay. That makes it for a come back for sure. Absolutely reccomend this wonderful place 100% !!! “Butler House speaks of itself: a house with the amazing management of a great butler - the result of the dedication of the owner, Paul and his wife. Paul was so friendly and though he was always busy at the breakfast room, he always checked if we needed help Our room was spacious, clean and tidy and offered everything we need.The kitchen is big and we enjoyed cooking there. I used their washing machine and dryer and detergent and softener were available. Highly recommended for couples……

“The Vermont River House was an amazing place to stay. It's a cute little house with a beautiful garden. If you forgot to pack something on your trip, don't worry, it's in the little house. Eva has thought of everything to make your stay feel like home. From her homemade maple granola and welcoming snacks, the notebook filled with information about the area and things to do, to the amazing artwork on the walls and garden, there's always something to discover in this comfortable, welcoming little……
