“It was a pleasure staying at Adiwana Bisma. The hotel is well located and close to restaurants and other attractions like Ubud Palace and the Ridge walk. The room is spacious and clean. However, one of the rooms was damp. Staff was very kind and helped us move to a different room. Staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Yudi who made our trips enjoyable, he is very knowledgeable and kind. The restaurant serves excellent food and the spa is amazing.”

“It’s off the beaten track but the hotel’s views to the forest is stunning. I have stayed in a lot of 5 stars hotels in my life but the service here is one of the best i have had. “一整棟的VILLA還有自己的泳池，真的是蠻不錯！只是設施都不算太好，百葉窗有點不靈光，有一間浴室的水流很慢都會有點淹水，還有一度跳電，但是值得稱讚的是，飯店服務人員對於我們的問題都有盡力並迅速幫我們解決，有一個檯燈一打開就爆了，電線還斷掉，有點嚇人，但是隔天就迅速換新，相當有誠意！另外入住還有迎賓飲料，早餐就是Villa外的咖啡廳，但是早餐沒有很早開始，所以如果有行程很早要出門的就可能吃不到了，早餐還算普通，記得點咖啡可以喝到正宗峇里島咖啡，大概有1/3杯都是咖啡粉很特別～”

“We loved this hotel and the staff were absolutely excellent! Everyone was friendly and so welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and we thought the location was convenient too, with lots of restaurants about to choose from. The spa treatments are very good in the hotel! All in all, we would definitely come back here (we would also recommend doing the Ubud walk on Sunday that the hotel offers - it was a pleasure spending time with Ratna and walking somewhere we would probably not have seen……

“Sådan et dejligt sted med den smukkeste udsigt fra altanen udover haven med fineste blomsterbuske og træer. Vi boede på et af de øverste værelser og elskede at gå ud på altanen om morgenen og drikke morgenkaffen.
Badeværelserne var lidt slidte, men kæmpestore og funktionelle og det havde ingen betydning for vores oplevelse af stedet.
Placeringen tilmed er genial fordi den er på en mere stille sidegade men alligevel tæt på den pulserende hovedgade.

“Hotel is good, staffs very nice. Including the breakfast is very yummy. However, i stayed there for one night, suddenly no power for five times. One time is during we sleeping, so we dont know and it made us no air con whole night. One more thing is the shower head only very little water come out. It made me cant wash my long hair.
