"We loved our stay. The newly renovated rooms are clean and nice. There is still a little construction around but that should be done soon. We would stay here again. The breakfast is amazing."

"The rooms were clean and so was the bathroom as far as on the surfaces. I found some trash under my bed from the previous person. There was a top to a drink from a gas station it looked like and some other food item container but I left it there. The breakfast was pretty much like other hotel breakfast. They didn't have the juice machine working Monday morning when I went down there. I was never told about the dinner social when I checked in and it didnt say anything about it when I booked it on hotels.com. I could have saved more $ on my trip would I have known that. The inside was clean but not the outside area so much. I thought there was alot of scum in the pool. It was very green the whole time we was there and I booked the hotel for the pool for the kids and the hot tub for myself and friend because we ran a trifecta spartan races over the weekend and needed someone warm to soak in to relax. It seems like everywhere you go the hot tub is closed. And it was looking really dirty in there. I just ended up taking warm baths to suffice. At least the water inside was super hot. The grill out there could have used some detailing on cleaning. I saw a bucket by the door on floor 1 going inside from the back with nasty water, gloves, cigarette butts just sitting there for a few nights. The basketball court could use fencing on the sides so kids aren't hitting vehicles out there. My car got hit once while I was sitting in it. No telling how many other times it happened."

"I specifically asked not to be placed by the elevator and they placed us by the elevator and pool with the pool deck outside our room. I requested to be moved and they did accommodate us. The wifi wasn't working and when we called downstairs, no one answered for over thirty minutes. When we walked downstairs there were three people sitting at the front desk. They had no breakfast for us for two days and made excuses that their food order didn't arrive. It was Memorial Day weekend and they had no food. The rooms were very small and the property looked tired and needed some freshening up. The bathroom configuration makes me wonder who helped design them. So odd how it was laid out. Honestly, this may be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Would recommend looking at other properties in the area."

"The room was clean, but there was not even a cup in a room with a kitchenette, No plates coffee machine etc. Its strange the front desk is closed most of the day , all evenings and on sundays with a large metal shutter so there is no one to communicate with ? It tells you to slide your key under the metal shutter when leaving not even a secure drop box. It was a fair price for the room. Lots of weed smell around building but its colorado so not uncommon."

"DONT GO HERE ITS AWFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t expect a fast check in even if it’s pre paid for. the staff take extra long hoping the line thins. Then if you don’t have physical copies of i.d they accuse you of credit card fraud but first you have to wait 4 hours in orders to get that far. Then when you have, say your parents, try and buy you a room they just deny service completely. then walk away. we never said or did anything disrespectful until we were disrespected. Waiting in the lobby for 4 hours I can tell you don’t try and do anything in person or over the phone they will not help you they lie and say they have a line out the door when it was just me and another couple. They disappear for 30 min at a time and wait for the lobby to fill. then takes there time a minimum of 40 min per person and this was the manager so if that’s policy for her I can only imagine the other employees.if you look on google and see the reviews you’ll see why you should stay far away from this place. I never got a room or help the manager asked me if I had a solution. instead of telling me I could refund still since I was 45 min early she lied and said the link would work that she sent to me 2 times and my girlfriend 1 time and then it took 4 hours so my time to refund had expired I got robbed and they do it a lot. DONT GO HERE ITS AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
