“Hotel was in the midst of a much-needed renovation. It would have been nice to know this prior to our trip. At the restaurant, which only had a handful of customers, we ordered a drink at the bar and food to go. The bartender was extremely inattentive and actually stood with his back to us talking with a couple of guests. It took almost an hour to get a sandwich to go from a restaurant with limited customers. We reserved a river view room and this was verified at check-in. Our room faced a……

“When we arrived we were notified that construction would be going on. That should have been on the listing. Due to the construction the pool and gym facilities were unavailable, however, you could get a 2-hour pass to the neighboring hotel. When we arrived at our hotel room there was a notice posted on the door stating the water would be shut off from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We were not notified at check-in about this situation. The bathroom floor was so sticky that my shoes were making noises……

The the door needed to be replaced or have weatherstrips added to it because there was daylight coming through at the bottom and on the door handle side of the door. We asked other guests if they had bugs they said yes this place should not be listed because it’s a bad part of town according to locals and they nickname this place the……

“It was my birthday weekend & I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The location is super convenient and made getting around really easy. The hotel itself has a modern feel, and the room setup was clean, stylish, and comfortable. I especially loved the walk-in shower—it definitely added a nice touch. Free parking was a huge plus, and the bar and lobby area were both really nice spots to relax and unwind. The atmosphere felt welcoming and well put together. My only small disappointment was the……
