「Emplacement exceptionnel et villa bien conçue avec une jolie piscine. L’accueil est charmant (comme souvent en Crète) et assez réactif pour résoudre les petits problèmes qui peuvent arriver. 「I wish I had stayed at Creta my whole time in Agios Nikolaos. The hotel was so much better than my previous hotel. The management was so friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to eastern Crete.」

「There is nothing wrong with the hotel. This is a perfect place for a vacation, from the architecture to the service to the cleaning level and first of all for the exquisite personnel, polite and professional, invisible but always there, ready with a smile. Great restaurant for breakfast, pool or beach service and dinner. I will go back for sure, no matter if but only when. Thank you to everyone there.」

「Having just spent a week with my daughter at this amazing hotel, we cannot praise it enough. Everything was perfect. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a room upgrade, and the rest of the stay followed suit. Couldn’t fault the facilities and everything was immaculately clean. Really well located in Crete and great front of house staff that were happy to help and provide suggestions. A week of luxury and couldn’t recommend enough! Hoping to return again some day - thank you! 」

「We arrived around midnight, reception was closed but easy to get in. Breakfast was continetal, fantastic. The room was amazing, especially the tub on the patio. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows. The whole room was spotless, cleaned daily with fresh towels. The staff we met were all very griendly and helpful. Location was fab, a minute from the beach and restaurants. 」

「Très bon séjour Hôtel calme , à 2 pas de la plage . Très bien situé pour visiter l’Est de l’île Personnel adorable , petites attention a l’arrivée et au départ . Nous avions une suite très confortable avec un bel extérieur d’environ 80 m2 , intime avec jacuzzi et salon d’extérieur . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! 」

「Just spent 10 days at Vasia Ormos Hotel and had a wonderful time! We arrived close to midnight on our check in day due to a late transfer and were welcomed by a very friendly member of the reception team who kindly showed us to our room and then informed us that the kitchen staff were kind enough to save dinner for myself and boyfriend which was a lovely touch after a long journey. 「Perfect for diving with Pegalos dive center」

「Οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου ήταν ανακαινισμένοι και πολύ προσεγμένοι και η αυλή πολύ όμορφη. Νόστιμο φαγητό και ευγενικό προσωπικό.」

「We were delighted w our room w its own private pool. Buffet food was super and easy to change for lunch instead of dinner. Staff were very polite and helpful. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Would def recommend for couples and families. The resort is in a steep incline so less suitable for people w mobility difficulties. Ag Nik is a surprisingly lovely town w great restaurants and shops near the lake. Beach near the hotel was perfect. We hope to go back next year! 」
