「Emplacement idéal, personnel sympathique et efficace.」

「A quiet, serene spot, right in the old city of Bergamo. There's a lovely, calm garden area, and our room was bright and welcoming, Though the bathroom wasn't en suite, it was private and spacious. It was a bit odd to not interact with any staff (there is an electronic check-in process), we didn't have any issues so there was no need to contact anyone. Very close to lots of restaurants and cafes and beautiful sites to explore. 」

「Spacious and clean」

「The Hotel Bergamo a beautiful place to stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We did have an issue checking into room, and even after we could check in, we noticed that there was someone else struggling to access their check in code. Overall, however, I would highly recommend.」

「What a delightful find of a hotel. It’s a converted historic mansion in the perfect location, with only a few rooms. Our suite was handsomely sized and well equipped, it had sweeping views of the lower city. There are not many high-end accommodations in Bergamo, so we decided to on this hotel. It’s not the kind of over the top luxury that we are used to at the normal five star hotels. But this intimate hotel is a standout and in a category of its own. 「Great Staff; friendly and efficient. Great Breakfast with a tasty selection of Italian cold cuts and pastry, freshly made scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, etc. Great coffee machine. Only drawback while the facilities are very nice and well maintained, there isn't much going on outside within walking distance. You need a car to get to shopping and restaurants. The Hotel / Residence doesn't offer any dining facilities. The rooms however are equipped with Microwave and Refrigerator. 」
