「We were very pleasantly surprised on arriving at the Boutique Hotel. We were warmly greeted with a glass of Prosecco. Our suite was so much better than we had expected. In addition to the bedroom there was a room with a table for meals, a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and a Sauna. Our suite did not have a 'hot tub', which the other suites had, but that did not concern us.The Breakfast menu was excellent and food was cooked to order. 「The Swan at Grasmere was very welcoming, well kept and comfortable with friendly accommodating staff. The breakfast was lovely however we did feel the evening meal was their weakest aspect. The restaurant is lovely but one of our meals had over cooked chips and my husband’s meal was supposed to be pie of the week (beef) but was a surprise when he cut into it and got chicken! The staff quickly addressed this and brought a whole new meal. We did feel the cost of food and drinks was expensive...

「我们四个老人家出行，要了两个高低两人间的房间。首先说此青旅位置极佳，但给我们的房间很差，一间在顶层，倒是两个小小的单人床，但四周没有窗户，只有一个小天窗，屋顶是斜的，坐在床上，一不小心打到头，很差。另一间房极小，5平方吧，一长条，转不开身，在西面，靠街，整晚汽车高速开过，很难入睡。万幸只订了一晚，第二天一早即刻逃离。从此不再回头。」
