And told him he would use the same hard copy key. Me being a locksmith for 25 years knew that was a MASTER KEY.. the gentleman two rooms down when you come to the second room came down to a room a few minutes later after I've been to the office to complain and they wouldn't do anything. They told me they would give me a refund for the night and I can leave, I told her no that I was not leaving without another room to go to. And to top it all off when you pulled into the driveway of the hotel, there's a speed bump made of asphalt. And spots and the speed bump are missing asphalt, which is exposing and L shape, metal steel rod all the way through the speed pump and when my car hit it and knocked a big gas rubber off the tire and bent the frame they also would not pay for that. So I contact Expedia not knowing that it was an AI. Promised to get us another room, but I had to pay for it for that night or not well as the time was 3:30 in the morning when she made the reservation, she made it for the following night, which would be checking in on the fourth after 3 PM. Which was no use in the skiing room because it would be pointless for us that night so most of the night we stayed outside because we were too scared to sleep and also concerned that some strange person has the master key"

"The property is very nice , bed is quite uncomfortable. And if you have allergies or sensitive to smells, this might be a problem. Very strong perfumed deodorizer being used I. The ac/heat system. Other than this. The property is very nice. They also should have, toiletries like, shampoo, body wash at this price point. Breakfast was satisfactory and included in reservation."
