“Although hotel has jsut renovated, there is no shampoo provided in the room, it's by request! No hair dryer, no hanger provided, no kettle in the room to make tea/coffee. The facility is poor. Hotel staff is not very helpful.”

“GOOD: The staff was great and the rooms were very clean. The place was quiet and restful. Good location. Not in a busy area and easy access to stores, grocery, and downtown New Orleans is only 15 minutes away BAD: The wifi was horrible and utterly useless. It kept dropping and when it was connected it was slow. The gym and laundry area was very dirty. Dead bugs, dirty laundry. It seemed like no one paid attention to that. Overall it was a good stay. “I have visited this location before and stayed in the same exact room this time that I did the first time. This time when we arrived the hotel halls were hot and humid to the point that if you stayed in the hall you might faint. The last time the main elevator was broken this time it was working but the elevator near our suite was broken. You had to choose to take the stairs to the third floor with all of your stuff or walk the hall from the main elevator in the heat all the way to the other……
