“I had an amazing stay here! I stayed in the whole time as I was returning from a liveaboard scuba diving for multiple days. The in room spa treatment was magical! Also, the restaurant was so tasty I didn’t even bother trying to find food nearby. The chef must know the secrets to the world because their food cured me of any discomfort I’d been feeling during my trip GI wise. The room was clean, water so so hot, and pool was very comfy and clean. I would stay again! Drivers kept cancelling my ride……

“I was booking 2 bedrooms villa with pool but the pool was not useful, water was down and dirty, I report to receptionist but no action and I reported again in the evening finally they sent someone and told me the pool was broken not sure why they gave me room with a broken pool. They should give me partial refund since I booked Villa with a working pool”

“1.我朋友在入住的隔天拉的一塌糊塗所以掛著請勿打擾的牌子，飯店員工有關心她，而且最後我們出去吃晚餐時還主動問要不要幫我們清房，非常棒 2.如果是有包早餐的，請別擔心，早餐menu上的價錢是給沒包早餐的人看的，可以盡情點 3.飯店佔地很大，建議至少住2晚，而且我個人經驗是早餐吃完可以飽到晚上，所以待在裡面一整天都沒問題 4.飯店防蚊乳液超貴，建議沒事就擦一下防蚊”

“Staff are very nice and helpful, facilities are good, located near Jatiluwih Rice Terraces (which the view is much beautiful than the one in Ubud). Surrounded by rice fields, great view. As it is located in rural area, various kind of insects are unavoidable, but the hotel still does very good by using different controls. Food is good. Will come again if we go to Jatiluwih.”
