"Alyeska was a beautiful home away from home for an extended weekend. We loved the beautiful views of the mountain and tram right outside our hotel window. While we only got a chance to try 2 of the 5 restaurants, we were very happy with the service and food provided at both. Room service was quick and delicious. The staff was all pleasant and kind. Maid service impeccable, and zero complaints. The resort was authentic and so gorgeous. We’re very happy with our stay, and will definitely be back! "

"My N toilet didn't work my TV was not working it was noisy and it had a lot of what looked like illegal transactions going on. I want to be compensated for my stay "

"The room needed a better cleaning. There was puke on the shower curtain. Trash from before us under the beds and couch. The couch cushions are very gross with stains (room 101). People really need to clean up after their dogs outside. The staff was amazing the whole time. The pool is a fun time for the kids. If they have the proper resources they could turn this hotel into the best. "

"Very close to the airport and they offer free shuttle services to the airport. Breakfast is free and most of the staff were polite. We stay in the cabins which were pretty cute and even had a small kitchen in case you are staying with family. We saw the Northern lights the first night day."

"I have never been given a room in main building. Always have to walk outside to get to room. They sent me to a room that they where still cleaning, back to front desk. Back to new room walking outside. People seemed to gather outside my room ?"
