There is a large terrace with a swimming pool, and areas for sunbathing and enjoying the scenery. The location of the villa is privileged, in a quiet area of Son Bou, one of the most beautiful beaches of the island.
We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.
Son Bou is the longest white sand beach in the Balearics (2.5 km). It is therefore not surprising that one of the best tourist areas on the island has developed along it. Here you will find everything you need: restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, diving centre, water sports, horse riding routes and a long etcetera to enjoy your holidays with family or friends.
Just 7 kilometres from Alaior, a charming town in the interior of the island and 18 km from Mahon, the capital of the island. Let yourself be surprised by its large port (6 km), its restaurants, bars, shops and its fun evenings on one of its terraces.

No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage.
All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price.
