“There were no slippers provided as stated in room description, although we requested for it the next day, the hotel did not even have a pair of slipper available, which was a bit disappointing. A bit of construction work is in progress outside of our terrace room. Overall the hotel is new and beautiful, the staff also welcomed us with a a bottle of wine and dessert for our honeymoon celebration.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel fall short of what you’d expect at this price point. I found the bedsheet dirty with several yellow marks (possibly from an iron), and the duvet had noticeable red stains resembling blood. These made the room feel unhygienic. The basement games area was also poorly maintained. The pool table was missing the black ball, and only one pool cue was usable, the rest were broken. To make matters worse,……

“位置方便，地方寧靜舒適；可惜沒有提供洗衫設備，只提供幹洗服務”

“Location was convenient. The toilet seats were not so clean. The front desk lady with short hair and glasses was not very helpful. For the two mornings that I went to the office for assistance, she was on phone. One time I was there waiting for 3 mins and she simply carried on her conversation with the person on phone about her other friend. I thought she could have been more responsive and helpful. ”

“Clean room,easy access”

“早餐的選擇很多，而且非常美味，房間簡單乾淨，有免費的膠囊咖啡，服務人員都蠻親切的，附近有超市可以買東西非常方便”

“有一天房間整理，竟然只整理了一半，枕頭完全沒有放回去床上。”

“Near the beach, lots of restaurants nearby. Had a great time there!”

“可預約泊車位，街上也多車位。地方寧靜，近電車站，房間寬敞，新淨，職員有禮，無窗景，房內無洗衣機/乾衣機。樓下才有收費洗衣機/乾衣機。”

“I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. My room was on one of the upper floors, so I didn’t experience any noise from the pub downstairs. The bed was also very comfortable. During my entire four-night stay, I didn’t see a single member of the hotel staff. If personal contact with staff is important to you, this might not be the right place for you. Apart from that, the location is great. You can easily get to the CBD, and many attractions are within walking……

“Check in時的前枱服務態度不好”

“Staff are friendly, helpful and proactive. The building is a bit old but well kept. Very closed to shrine of Remembrance and Botanical Gardens. Public transport is very accessible.”
