Perfect Spain Retreat
Apartment was perfect for us, our grown children, and two grandkids. We could walk most places, taxis were easy to get, beaches were amazing! The apartment management was very responsive when we had questions and arranged our transportation from the airport to our apartment flawlessly. We will miss seeing our beach view every morning!

Great view!
The views from the 2nd floor terrace were amazing. We weren't sure from the photos if we were going to be right on the beach or across the street, but it is right on the beach. The terrace is divided into 3 areas - the outdoor part next to the beach, an indoor part that was perfect for us to sit and view the beach when it was a little cool and rainy, and an open part where we were able to set up the clothes rack to dry our clothes after we laundered them. There was plenty of room for us to gather and the bedrooms were comfortable and had tons of storage! Antonio was EXTREMELY helpful! He met us at the apartment to give us the keys, show us where to park and how to get into the garage and how to get into the apartment. He showed us all around the apartment and then sat down with us with a map of Valencia and showed us sites, how to use public transportation, where to park our car if we chose to take it into Valencia city center, restaurant recommendations, and even gave us some history of the area. Our whole group wanted to take him with us for the remainder of our stay in Spain!!! We highly recommend this apartment!

Ubicación perfecta
No necesitar coche para ir a la playa es una de las mejores cualidades. La brisa del mar cuando hace calor se agradece mucho. El alojamiento cómodo .
Y muy limpio.
Restaurantes muy cercanos y con buen precio.
En general una maravilla poder disfrutar de la terreta.

Apartamento vistas al mar
Nos ha encantado el apartamento y lo hemos disfrutado mucho. Muy buena ubicación con vistas a la playa. Las dos terrazas, una de ellas acristalada muy buen acierto.
La persiana de la ventana del salón estaba rota y no se podía bajar del todo.
En la cocina faltaba alguna sartén.
Nos encontramos 5 cucarachas.

My family really enjoyed the apartment. The second/kids bedroom was a bit small with a kids trundle bed which was not ideal. Nevertheless, the outdoor living space and view and sound of the Mediterranean more than made up for it.
