Villa Royal Sandals is a charming traditional villa with a warm atmosphere and a beautiful garden, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and tranquility near Santa Eulália.



The spacious living and dining area provides an inviting space for relaxation and shared moments.



On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed en suite with shower, as well as two bathrooms with bathtubs.



On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with two single beds each, making a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms.



On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with two bunk beds en suite with shower, offering a more private and practical space for larger groups.

The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing meals for the whole group in a relaxed and convenient way.



Outside, the villa features a large private pool that can be heated as an optional extra (additional cost), a lovely garden and a BBQ area. For entertainment, there is also a snooker table, ping pong table and table football, providing fun for all ages.



Located on a quiet street in Santa Eulália, just a short distance from restaurants, bars, shops and the beach, this villa is the perfect retreat for an unforgettable holiday in Albufeira.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12 guests

From the 13th to the 14th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
