Villa Dela by Villa Plus

Villa Dela has a fabulous central location making it ideal for those that do not want to hire a car. It is within a few minutes' walk of plenty of shops, bars and restaurants along the famous Praia D'Oura Strip. What's more this 3 bedroom villa is just 5 minutes on foot to Praia D'Oura Beach. The property has homely, traditional interiors and a private pool. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Close to villas Sunshine, Aveiros, Levante and Sueste, Villa Dela has an enviable position on Portugal's South Coast in the lively resort of Praia D'Oura. The resorts' famous Strip is within a few minutes' walk and has an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants leading down to the beautiful Golden Mile Beach. The old town of Albufeira has a more traditional feel and is only 5 minutes away by car. Plus, there's a choice of other fantastic beaches, places to visit and activities nearby.

Main pool: 7 x 2.5 mtr, 1.1 - 1.4 mtr depth

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

Albufeira Municipal Tourist Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 13 and over, for the first 7 nights. No charge from 1 November to 31 March. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

Good location but beware that it is right next to the strip. Can hear the music from clubs while on the patio but didn’t hear a thing inside! Place had everything we needed but beds could use some new mattresses.
