Gorgeous, private, comfy, clean & close to EDO

Historic cute house with a lot of charm in the heart of Albuquerque. Beautiful house close to Nob hill (2.3miles), CNM(1 block), UNM(0.8 miles) and a block from beautiful Roosevelt park 6 mins from Albuquerque International Airport. Private driveway, offstreet parking, garage, backyard and storage. Completely private, Unit B of the duplex.
Located by Nob Hill; quiet, friendly, peaceful, safe neighborhood with lot of charm. One bedroom with queen bed and a living room with a sofa that can be converted to queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen for someone who like to cook. Less than 5 mins from Nob Hill where all the best restaurants, breweries and coffe roasteries. Private driveway, offstreet and garage parking. Easy access to the I 25. A short drive to Old Town, UNM and International Balloon Fiesta. A block from the beautiful Roosevelt Park.

VRBO is not letting me post pics of bedroom and living room for not meeting requirements. There are reviews about the property on other platforms, please send me a message and I will respond to your requests.

The home is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to stay on top of pest control and keep the apartments spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.

Great property. Very clean and well stocked. We will use again. Only siggestion would be a power strip by the bed so guests dont have to pull the bed out to plug in chargers or in my case a cpap machine. Thnk you so much!

I would stay at this place again. Easy walking distance to UNM and parks. On a busy street, but it’s quiet inside. Everything I needed was available here. Good communication with host. No complaints!

What a great place to come back to every night I was here. 4 nights is enough time to get a feel for a place. And once I got accustomed to Coal being a one way street, all was well. The place itself: CLEAN! Good food: close by. Grocery store: close by. Convention Center: close by. I loved the off street parking, the laundry pair, the quietness, and the mini-split AC with perfect fan noise that lulled me to sleep. When I return to Albuquerque I’ll look to book this place again. SO much better than a hotel and so competitively priced with them, too. Overall: A1

We came with our / dogs , at booking the property to checking out the property manager is attentive and communicative . The location is great , near a park that I can easily walk my dogs to , nice quiet neighborhood . Property is clean , a little bit old but it’s an old building after all that it is like a cosy home ( I don’t care much for cold motel /hotel rooms ) . The parking entrance is a little narrow but we had no issues in getting in or getting out . And of course there is street parking per other reviewers . We enjoyed our 2 nights here , glad we found this property for this trip . Totally recommend this to couples and couples with pets traveling .

It is a really cute spot. Just what we needed for one night after a long day of driving. Given our short stay, it would have been great to have a working ice maker - and typed instructions about how to use the t.v. - to decompress for a coupe of hours - without having to again, contact the host. But, when we did, they responded right away. Also, we stayed on a Saturday night in a campus area. So the following comment is with that in mind:I booked, 1504 (A) Coal St., because we wanted privacy and quiet for my dad, myself and a dog (with high anxiety) vs. a pet friendly hotel. Unfortunately, between the partying on both sides of us, it was not quiet. But, that is not anything the owners can do much about! We enjoyed the park - and the very cute, very clean, place immensely.

For the price. It is ok. Some maintenance things needed to be done. Which i handled. Additional blankets would be nice. Driveway is skinny at 96" wide. The garage is manual leaf pull up and width is limited as well, depth is nice, could have been swept out. You can hear people talk thru living room wall at night. Additional lighting inside , a lamp on desk. Maybe change the small ,toddler toilet, to an elongated bowl would be nice for adults. But for the cost, was tolerated

Long weekend getaway

Our stay was a true authentic New Mexico experience. The home was cozy and clean. The driveway was a little narrow so if you have a large vehicle you may want to park on the street. The neighborhood was quiet and near downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Funky little place - Great Location!!!

This is an older property that is located in a great area with access to a park a few blocks away. The age of the property means that there are some minor things, like a bathroom shelf becoming dislodged from the wall. This is not a well-appointed property in terms of personal care items like shampoo and soap. Definitely recommend bringing your own toiletries. But, it was a great place for me and my dog while we visited the Nob Hill area of Albuquerque and even further afield.
