“Excellent and friendly staff, they could not do more to be helpful. Spacious room, well appointed. Fine dining at 8:30 pm is a set menu, very well prepared and presented. Fine wines available. Be aware, the property can be difficult to locate on GPS. Nearest landmark is Casa Marcos restaurant, which is near the waterfalls. Once there, go South and their road is marked, to the right. Highly recommended when visting the waterfalls and castles in the area.”

“A nice hotel very clean near lots of fast food places, 20 mins walk to the beach that has a few bars and places to eat. 10min taxi ride (10/15e) or 1 hour walk into Benidorm. Bus is 2.5e to town. Small clean tidy rooms with powerful shower. Massive supermarket next door. Free coffees. The staff are lovely. I would deffo return. Ideal for a 2/3 day stay. ”

“The electronic keys to the room was not working and the staff had to come and open the room everytime. It got fixed the third day of my stay. The hotel is clean and spacious and the staff were courteous. The problem is they didn’t provide water everyday. I was told to purchase it from the bar. The breakfast buffet was ok and nothing to rave about. The hotel is a bit far from the old town and you have to take a cab to go to the old town or walk from 45 mins. Its a nice hotel for the price!”

“旅行了很多国家，第一次碰到如此恶劣的酒店。入住时，由于我们事前没有填写带小朋友的信息，拒绝我们入住，我们表示愿意支付加床房费、或更换成其他房型都可以，前台态度特别恶劣，还指责我们是我们的错，跟酒店无关，后来我们一直据理力争，至少我们可以入住两人，然后再去其他酒店另外订个房间，前台这才停止无理取闹，然后改口说有个客人刚刚退了个三人间，可以帮我们调，但需要增加27欧，我们也不想再折腾，也就同意了，但整个心情完全被破坏了。更奇葩的是，我们希望借个开酒器开酒，居然要7欧元，我们反复解释是借不是买，前台说只要是开自己的酒就是这个价，去酒店酒吧买酒就OK了。我们最后去了酒店对门的超市，一个开瓶器也就3.5欧，一瓶酒也是4-5欧，这个酒店只认钱，没有一点服务精神。太奇葩了。走了十多个国家了，这是唯一的一个，没有之一。”

“Excellent accommodation, huge apartment with everything you could possibly need. Absolutely spotless with a good size balcony. Very friendly staff. Short walk to both supermarket and La Vila Joiosa beachfront. Excellent value for money all round. If I could give one small criticism it would be that it would be nice if the bar stayed open a little later in the evening, but perhaps that was just the time of year. Highly recommend and will certainly return. ”
