“I loved the place because everything was close by”

“I rarely would give a five star review, this property was so beautiful, beautiful welcoming, and extremely clean. My husband and I enjoyed breakfast every day with a beautiful view of the water & the staff were so friendly and accommodating for all of our needs. A+ for the luxurious towels and amenities. I hope our travels bring us back.”

“1st of all had too wait 2hrs for my room rest was at 3 room wasnt ready till 5:30. Went to take a shower the towels was spotted with brown color stains. Ask for another set of towels same thing. They need to invest in new linen. The microwave and refrigerator had leftover food in it. Told the 2 staff members nothing ever happened. Noone came to clean the microwave and refrigerator. Poor service poor staff. I will never ever go back Good luck”

“I booked a3 night stay 2 nights we had a storm and no electricity with no compensation no back up generators nothing just in dark until you weren’t.. the door locked on the handle but no other safety features the door had crackers you could see outside you get what you pay for.”

“Never again! I arrived to a trash strewn parking lot. Sitting area adjacent to filthy front door was disgusting. Dirt. Trash and cigarette butts on the ground. Worn, dirty mat at entrance. Long check-in process. Stained, dirty carpets in corridors, elevator and room. Room door propped open with heavy desk. No towels or washcloths. Interior parts of fridge displaced or missing. FILTH on surface beside fridge. Hair in fridge. No lid or plastic bag for ice bucket. Glass tray missing from……

“The door lock is broken and I couldn't sleep well all night”

“We stopped here on the last night of a cross country drive. The lobby was neat and clean. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, informing us on the in house offerings for dinner and drinks as well as other nearby options. The dinner was just ok, but saved us a trip out to find something. The bartender and restaurant staff were also nice and courteous. Our room was neat and clean. At breakfast, there were a variety of breakfast staples to select from and we had no complaints. We……
