Almaty Almaty Opera House Hotels

"See other review. Perfect, clean, very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!"

"Good location. Excellent breakfast."

"I liked everything, I used to stay in this hotel when in Almaty when it was even different name. I like everything starting from location and ending with slippers."

"Good for business trips; central location with good amenities."

"This hotel is okay. Not even close to a 5 stars. Too expensive for what it offers. It is beautiful and has an excellent location, the staff is nice enough but the building has more history than comfort."

"Cosy(„uyut” means just that) and helpful"

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel located in a leafy area of Almaty. It's clean, new and decorated in a bright, modern style. The breakfast buffet is great, and the staff are all friendly. I'd definitely stay here again."

"It was great and right next to Kok Tobe."

"The staff and location were great. There was a stream and cafe nearby, so it was perfect for a walk or a coffee break while soaking up the negative ions. There was a shopping mall and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so it was convenient for shopping and eating. There is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a lot of suitcases."

"Excellent location, clean room, nice stay"

"Great considering the price"

"The staff were amazing especially the concierge Madi was great and very helpful,"

"It was decent and had a comfortable stay. Especially staffs were supportive and kind."

"Rooms are clean and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent with good selection of food and fresh fruits and sweets. "

"Lovely hotel, clean and the staff were friendly. Beautiful swimming pool and buffet breaks had a variety of food"

"Nice hotel. Stayed there 6 nights. Comfortable "

"Perfect location with spacious rooms. Slightly outdated but very well maintained"

"Оформили ранний заезд, заселились без проблем в районе 6 утра, бронировали два одноместных номера. В моем номере не работал телевизор, до конца продувания его так и не включили. По выезду попросили повторно оплатить проживание, хотя все было оплачено по заезде. Хорошо, что у меня был чек, подтверждающий оплату.. Из за таких нюансов впечатление подпорчено, но в целом - нормально ."

"Clean rooms, kind staff, nearby metro"

"The building exudes a sense of history, yet the interior is well-maintained, and the rooms were clean and perfectly fine. The city-view room offered a panoramic view of Almaty, which was excellent. The bathroom was clean, the shower had hot water, and there were no issues whatsoever. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. Since my stay was very short this time, I wish I could have enjoyed the hotel a little more. If I ever go back, I would definitely stay here again."
