“Wonderful stay. Excellent restaurants all within a 5 minute or less walking distance. The Maho Market is directly below the pool on the street level and is wonderfully convenient. Overall, this unit is IDEAL for aviation enthusiasts. For guest looking for a quiet and relaxing location, the (sometimes very loud) airport noise all day (none at night) does become tiring after a while. My husband grew very tired of it after day 3. The rest of us loved watching the airplanes come and go and were not……

“Beautiful beach front unit. The planes landing and taking off add an option that was unexpected but not bothersome at all. A bit more comfortable seating and dinner/cookware would be nice but 6 of us survived quite nicely. Definitely a place we’ll return to.”

“This property is pretty modern, clean and easy to get around. It’s located where you can easily drive to many restaurants within 5-20 min depending on what you would like. It’s also an easy walk to the beach. It’s located on the low side of the island so driving was easier than the hills. ”

“The host Sabrina was great she checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed the unit had everything we needed with a nice pool area and a beach was a great balcony for sitting and enjoying the garden property was close to downtown Marigot convenient for shopping, groceries, restaurants, and bus depot you could go anywhere you wanted on the bus for 2 to 4 dollars we had a wonderful time would definitely recommend this property. The front balcony could get a little noisy with traffic……

“I can see why some people would love this property. The suites are spacious and have everything that you need for an extended stay. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a significant ant intrusion and poor internet (none one evening). That being said, there is a good grocery store a short walk away, in suite laundry and twice weekly housekeeping. Hopefully, that issues we ran into will be resolved and this will be the wonderful property it can be.”
