"We only stayed 1 night but the room was lovely and clean. The lady that checked us in was really friendly and welcoming and said that we could be heck in early when we came in to drop our cases off which really helped us have more time on our short trip. However, why really let the trip die was when we went to pick up our cases up and the lady at reception was incredibly rude to my dad. As we went in (around 7.30pm over 4 hours after check in) there was a huge queue of people who’d just got off a coach. We’d be happy to wait but we didn’t want to rush for our train "

Drinks in the bar were great and morning breakfast was delicious and I loved the a al carte option. Spa is not to be missed, so relaxing and well worth the money"
