“Beautiful rooms. The area has a lot of noise below even on the second floor. Parking was challenging with no valet & cost was $30 per day which was pricey. ”

“Second night when they cleaned our room they took our comforter. When I checked in my in-laws the second day we were there the girl at the front desk was not nice. ”

“The staff were great but the room and other areas not so great. Obviously minimal staff and low season. Looks like it’s set up to cater to a lot of people but not much attention to detail when not enough people are there. Beds were great ”

“We loved being able to stay so close to the DeVos center and Alex, who checked us in, was magnificent! Our room was incredibly huge and beautiful and well appointed, not to mention comfortable. We definitely will be staying there again when we head to GR for concerts! It was wonderful! I might add the original wooden floors are still there and in the rooms, the wooden floors creak which has a beautiful sound to them!!!!”

“ We have stayed here several times. We love the room layout, it's perfect for families. Breakfast included a made to order omelette station that was excellent. The view from our balcony was beautiful. Great park area across the street to take that morning walk. Great hotel!”

“Very professional staff. Had a very large room with amenities in the restroom. Needed to asked for more coffee for the room.”

“Not bad for the price, however the tv did not work, hot tub down, bathroom was not very clean, tiles in tub very dirty, cob web in corner by bed, pull out couch had no sheets and there were no extra sheets pillows or blankets in room for pull out, when we went down for sheets and blankets we were told that linen room was locked but he could give us two sheets. The staff was friendly. The location wasn’t in the best neighborhood. Pool table needs new felt. Just overall not the cleanest hotel. The……
