“The views are spectacular! From sunset fires, stargazing, or sunrise with coffee in hand, there’s no time of day you can’t be in awe of the vistas.The kitchen space is a great shared area. Lots of room for individual family units to store cold goods & even with rotating use of the area, no one seemed to be in any one’s way - all guests we encountered were more than happy to coordinate schedules or share stove space. ”

“Staying in Mimi's Guestroom was one of the very BEST decisions I made when planning my Far West Texas trip with friends. In fact, it was my my favorite overnight stay of my entire 10-day trip. What made it so was because it was completely comfortable, authentic, classy, and unassumingly cool. Waking up in that incredibly comfortable king-sized bed & watching the pre-dawn light & eventual sunrise come up over the mountains was an unforgettable experience.
