“Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room.”

“We liked the fact that there was a pool table in the apartment and 2 double beds in the one room. We didn’t like the fact that there were no coat hangers, no hooks in bathroom to hang a towel, no extra bin liners or couldn’t open a window or a fan”

“The property was clean, including the bedding and towels. Kitchen and bathroom were equipped with all we needed. Short walk into the city where for the many restaurants. Parking was a challenge. The area where it was indicated we should park was very small, barely wider than the pavement, so the car would have needed to be parked alongside the garage rather than reversed into the space in front of the garage otherwise the car would protrude into the road. This we could not do as there was……

“The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink. The ensuite is a nice large size. Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats. There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time. The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up. The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city……

“A nice stay with my family in this 2-bedroom apartment suite. The rooms were clean and warm when we checked in. The location was a stone away from the Chinatown . 10-15 min walk to the Xmas market and all the other main shopping area. Front desk staff were helpful .but limited reception operating time. The only minor issue we have had was we weren’t given the WiFi passcode and there was a fire alarm malfunction during the evening which forced us to stand in the icy cold street until the……

“The checking In process was extremely easy, the cabin was beautiful and the host already preheating the hot tub for us so it was ready to get in to once we got there. It was in such a peaceful quiet environment too. It was lovely.”
