“The room was very clean and the rooftop was lovely. Staff was friendly and very receptive. We enjoyed the continental breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Very very nice staff very polite. Clean room, nice beach front resort, very clean garden, clean pool. The only downside was as my husband and I walked in, we were tricked, I mean side tracked into thinking that the lady that was in front of hotel with bellboy was actually checking us in and she mentioned she was going to tell us about the amenities of the resort. And bang! We fell into the 90 minutes conversation about buying into the Sheraton timeshare. We told them we weren’t interested after……

“There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again”

“Always an amazing experience. And everyone that works there went above and beyond for all the guests while PV was embroiled in the brief mess with the cartel. Our safety and comfort was their highest priority and we will return again and again”

“Nice building in a residential area away from party life in Puerta Vallarta, but still super walkable. Almost no elevation change to head to the ocean. Lots of fresh produce, meat and fish within blocks. There is a super great variety of street food and restaurants in the neighbourhood as well. Super clean suite with modern plumbing and a/c. The plunge pool on the roof is a great way to cool off. I’d absolutely stay here again.”

“The hotel is well located near downtown on the Melecon which is a long ocean front walking area with hotels and restaurants. Its an older hotel but is is well maintained. My room was clean and spacious. It is on the beach but in this area the beach is quite pebbly. The breakfast which is included is very nice and has eggs, mexican items and fruit.”

“Under different circumstances I probably wouldn’t rate this a 5. But we were able get a room here on February 22 during the cartel activity that delayed our flight home. The staff were very kind the room was clean and the breakfast was included. We felt safe because we were put in an inside wall room. The only negative was the sewer gas smell in the bathroom. The place is unique being made from shipping containers. Nomal circumstances this place is a strong 4”
