"Todo estuvo super bien, el personal muy atento y amable, en esepcial la chica de recepcion, la que lleva mas tiempo, pero las nuevas e igual muy amables y serviciales para el tiempo que llevan. Al principio tuvimos problemas en la habitacion con un liqueo en el baño, pero rapido buscaron acomodarnos en otra habitacion mas espaciosa, mas linda y moderna y con balcon con vista a la piscina, en general todo super bien, lo unico que si buscas un hotel mas centrico y cerca de las playas locales esta no es la opcion si quieres llegar caminando."

"Secrets La Romana was a perfect vacation for us. The staff was engaging and delightful. They took care of our every request. But truly we rarely had a request because everything was taken care of without even asking. We truly enjoyed the 24 hour ability to order late night snacks. After a busy day we would go to an early dinner, take a "nap" and then wake up at Midnight hungry. The service was outstanding and always done with a smile. The pool service was extraordinary. Towels available at our leisure, bar/food service was exceptional. Definitely would return..."

"Todo está muy bien la Comida en los restaurantes es buena pero lo que sí le hace falta trabajar son lo que se pide a room service muy mala la calidad de alimentos que llevan al cuarto eso si con una sonrisa pero todo lo demás muy aceptable de las mejores playas que he conocido"

"The pictures of the apartment and apartment complex were accurate. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The apartment complex and pools were also very well maintained. Excellent location. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Check-in was difficult. We had to search for the lobby attendant and had to get residents and security involved. Other than that, our stay was excellent and would highly recommend this apartment."
